The Secret Garden

Visit Kent wanted to move beyond typical seaside clichés and show off a new side to the Garden of England. They approached Inkfield Media to create a film that captured Kent’s cinematic energy, and coastal charm. Our brief was to inspire longer visits and attract a more experience seeking audience.

Visual Poetry on the Coast

We focused on special moments – from slow walks through vineyards and guided canal tours through Canterbury to family beach moments in Margate. Using Anamorphic Lenses, handheld camera movement and magic hour light, the film felt painterly, human, and textured. The final edit combined ambient sound with poetic visuals, positioning Kent as a place to fill your soul with memories to last a lifetime.

Making Waves with Meaningful Content

The campaign launched across digital platforms and performed particularly well on Instagram, where younger audiences engaged deeply with the film. Visit Kent reported an uplift in travel interest from new demographics, and local partners saw increased enquiries and bookings. The project helped redefine what a trip to Kent could look and feel like – stylish, considered, and full of character.
