Pampers and Netmums partnered with Inkfield Media to create a heartfelt video aimed at highlighting the brand’s support for parents and premature newborns using VCreate, a secure video messaging service for parents who are not able to be with their baby in the NICU to be able to see and hear their child.

We filmed with new parents and healthcare workers in real environments – hospitals, homes, and care centres, to authentically represent the challenges of being separated from a premature baby. Combining candid interviews and emotive visuals, the piece captured the emotional realities of coping with a preemie baby, and how Pampers-backed technology was helping to ease parental anxiety.

The final film was used across social media, digital ad campaigns, and healthcare partnerships, helping Pampers strengthen brand equity with its core audience. It received praise from parenting communities and was shared widely across platforms.
