A Journey Through Scotland’s Soul
When tasked by Visit Scotland with capturing the essence of the Highlands, we aimed to distill the essence of the landscapes, slow things down and treat each shot like an oil painting, giving the viewer enough time to digest the majesty of each composition. The goal was to delve into the heart of the region, showcasing not just its raw natural beauty but also the rich tapestry of stories, traditions, and communities that define it.
Authentic Storytelling, Majestic Landscapes
Filmed across a wide variety of locations, the project highlighted the diversity of the Highlands from rugged coastline to serene lochs and long abandoned Bothy’s. The drone cinematography aimed to reflect the raw and unfiltered beauty of the area, capturing moments that stay with people long after they’ve finished watching.
