When Sebastian Cox teamed up with Aesop to create a one-of-a-kind collaborative space for their new London store, Inkfield Media was invited to produce a film documenting the story behind the installation. The objective was to highlight the values shared by both brands – sustainability, craftsmanship, and holistic design, through evocative storytelling and artistic cinematography.

Minimalism with Meaning

We captured the process of design philosophy, material processing and installation, blending macro close ups with wide, still compositions to convey calm and presence. The natural world was woven into the film visually and tonally, echoing the brands’ environmental values. With poetic pacing and interview led voiceover, the film embodies the intersection of functional design and beauty.

An Organic Digital Success

The campaign received widespread organic reach across Aesop and Sebastian Cox’s social media platforms, earning especially high engagement from the design and retail community. Used in PR outreach and online editorial, the film was praised for its quiet power and elegant execution. It served as a benchmark for future projects rooted in sustainability and slow design, establishing Inkfield Media as a go-to agency for branded content in this space.
